Many hotels offer Wired and/or Wireless Internet connections. Some other
places offer Internet connections, such as many truck stops, some Kinko's, some Starbucks, etc. If you want to connect to a wireless public Wi-Fi network and your laptop does not have built-in wireless, then you can buy a Wireless notebook adapter or wireless USB adapter. If you want to connect to a Wired network the host of the network (Hotel Main Desk, Truck Stop Sales Counter, etc) should have directions for connecting to their network. Hope this helps, -- William L. Whipple WWW.EZine.Com <> wrote in message news:... > Is there anyway I can connect my wire lap top to internete while out of > town? If so How do I? > WLW |
