Paradise/Clear newsserver prob?

Almost exactly a month later, and the Paradise/Clear news server
is doing the same thing again.


And again, they are failing to communicate with their customers.


The Paradise network status page says "no problems to report".

Unfortunately the firm in question seems to regard the 'customer' as its
bosses across the Tasman. If there was number portability I would give
them the heave ho.

Their dialup auth. is up the **** AGAIN this morning.

Finally got on, but their newsserver is deader than dead, again.
