1. Let the AV companies know about it so anyone with AV on their PC already
can stop it. They have enough protection already. Those who don't want to
worry about updating and installing protection will get it in the form of a
virus.
2. Connecting to some central DB is to get the AV update. They do not have
to connect all at once. They can connect through a queue.
