I have no idea how to do that. Can you tell me more?

man mount

and look for the section "THE LOOP DEVICE"

You can't just mount it as a filesystem and do changes in place.

I have found a few that can do it, but none are Free.

What I do some times is to unpack the ISO add the Bits and reburn it..

or Virtual Daemon (freeware) mount the image, copy to hd, modify, create
image with whatever cd writing software came with your cd cd/r.
