Is anyone out there using a "WorldNet DSL 256 Flat" account?

http://www.world-net.co.nz/products/?menu=dsl

This seems pretty similar to the Orcon bitream 256 kibits/s offering,
the ad says no usage cap, no excess usage, no throttle. Is it really?
Are they throttling any ports? Do they do anything special to "high
usage accounts"? Do you really get 256 kibits/s?
