Email Bomb or Trojan....?

I am being hit by an email bomb
I have tried to set up my webhost provider service blacklisting the sender
but they still keep on getting through.
Can anyone help me stop this from happening ?
I have blocked the email address http://www.velocityreviews.com/forums/(E-Mail Removed)
