That's twice you've mentioned "all and sundry" when in fact it's a very
small group, with you being the most obvious "member".

Why do you want to know? What's the relevance of this? Are you trying to get
a clearer mental image of my private life for your sexual fantasies? See
what happens when we let relevance go out the window?

I just went with the flow. When I started posting on usenet in the groups I
subscribed to everyone used nicks. Being new to usenet I followed the
protocol. After a while I decided that it would be pointless to change my
nick and could well be misconstrued as avoidance. I prefer continuity, I
have nothing to hide and it's all there, accessable through Google, using
the one nick.
