Anyone else have this problem, or maybe it's at my local Telecom exchange ?

Thought I'd post this here since it's out of Orcon's operating hours.

Nope, it's not the local exchange as such, I checked an xtra Jetstream
account which is working fine.

Couple of days ago, then again last night. Internet out for several hours.

So much for internet being available 24/7.

IHUG's Bliink went down at about the same time and the problem was
reported to be with Telecom:

http://www.ihug.co.nz/cgi-bin/motd.pl?145908.motd

So it's not surprising that Orcon copped it as well.

Had the same problem myself. No mention of it on orcon's web site, which I
think is pretty ****ing slack. We are then left with only speculation, and
that is irksome.
