A German television development company is planning to launch free viewing
on the internet with the help of a revolutionary Web service that aims to
give viewers access to any programme they want from almost anywhere in the
world.

Looking at the following key words:
"revolutionary"
"free"
"planning to launch"
"web"

it sounds like something out of Popular Mechanics. Usually once a month
someone somewhere on the www uses these key words to proclaim something
fantastic is just around the corner.

It wasn't that long ago there was giddy media reports of unlimited
broadband via power lines ?

No personal offence meant Mr Scebe.
