Now that downloads are starting to happen in volume it's probably a good
time to point out that if you have any SP2-related installation issues you
can call Microsoft Services on 0800 800-004 to have these dealt with over
the phone free-of-charge (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm NZ-time). From
personal experience (zero problems with 1 beta, 2 RC's and the RTM across 4
or 5 PC's) I'm not expecting too many hassles but the service is there if
you need it. This link to the Windows XP SP2 Support Centre might be of use
too:

http://support.microsoft.com/default...r=windowsxpsp2

As noted in a prior post, you can grab the SP now from:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

and additional light reading can be had at:

http://www.microsoft.com/nz/security/sp2/
