Hiya,

I have installed Norton Ghost 12.0 (Trial Version) on my home PC, I was trying to sort someone else's laptop out at the time! It downloaded OK, and looked to be installing OK, and it asked me to reboot, after the reboot it has now given me the flashing cursor in the top left with a blank screen, I have Windows XP SP2...

I can access BIOS OK, and the boot drive is setup to be the correct one, I have 2 SATA Raptor Drives setup in RAID 0 (NTFS) as the C:\ Drive (Bootup Drive)...RAID is saying the drives are healthy on bootup and are set to bootable...

I have tried the XP CD, and gone into the Recovery Console, it goes straight into C:\ Prompt...It does not give me any option to restore back to previous before I installed Ghost....

Has anyone come across this, or does anyone know how I can get back into Windows?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Smartie
