Timing of the LLU decision press release

I hope I'm not te only one aware that the timing of the release is quite
deliberate:

Most media/journos are on holiday and the story will be well & truley dead
by the time the business press come back.


At least that's the hope.


Anything bad released just before Budget day or Xmas vacation is being
done so in the hope that it will be utterly buried by the time anyone
important is paying attention.

Local Loop Unbundling.

This will be well and truely buried by the 5th...
