Umm.. tried using an AntiVirus program ( http://www.free-av.com ) or a
removal tool for the specific virus ( http://www.symantec.com ).

Destroy your computer in an industrial incinerator. Especially if you have
any wireless devices as that means viruses could also be spread by air.
