What a whinger. "Due to excessive spam from Hotmail..." - hates free mail
services that people sign up to in droves, or more likely hates Microsoft

He's a whinger.

I know a lot of people that have hotmail accounts. Fortunately
responsible ISPs don't block mail from Hotmail / Yahoo etc just because
they hate the ISP or are a whinging leftie who tells people they
shouldn't use hotmail because Microsoft wants to rule the world.
