Why I picked the Abit IS7-E...

1. Good Price

2. Has full support for all the USB ports, comes with the add on plate.

3. 4 Phase PSU , a must for P4's these days.

4. Chipset Fan

5. All PCI slots can be used even with a Large 2 slot 3D card.

6. Stacks of over clocking options

7. has very good reviews

8. Has Pat implemented.

9. good for overclocking.


The one other board that I looked at was the Asus P4P800, but fails in most of
these items that I have listed, like 1,2,3,4 & 5..
