Now this is strange for a non computer guy. What is "Netropa hot key"
Is it a programme that comes with windows xp??? Should I delete it
from my computer? and where do i go to delete it?

I has just finsihed running a virus check , that picked up nothing and
when I went to close my computer, this programme tried to open up?
what is it? and
does it need to be deleted? everything else seems to be working fine.

Yahoo search reports that it is a keyboard driver (ie to access the
additional
function keys) used by HP, Dell and others. Also claimed to be a spyware
type
application http://sitebilder.com/hosting/privacy/articles/hp.php
