Ciscoworks v4 file in use during backup.

Hi,

I'm trying to backup our Ciscoworks box and I've managed to find out
which services lock almost all of the files but one is still giving me
grief. The file is csamc_volatile_data.ndf, what does this file contain
and either how do I back it up or can I just ignore it?
