That would be correct. However, on NTFS partitions it's called 'recycler'

I'vse seen recylcer before, on NT machines.

It seems that the wieght of evidence points to the fact that, using Windows
OS'es, on NTFS partitions it's called 'recycler' and on FAT32 partitions
it's called 'recycled'.
