Seeking 256k or 512k ISP

I'm getting a bit fed up with 128k Jetstart.

I note Telecom's new 256k offering.
But with its insulting traffic quotas, this just feels like regular
Jetstream with a speed cap - hideously poor value for money.

What's the current state of play with 256k or 512k connections with
acceptable traffic caps (where I define 'acceptable' as min 5GB, pref
10GB)?

What ISPs are there that can offer 256k or 512k to suburban (Eastern Bays)
Auckland?

Cheers
EB
