Connect USR5417 to officeconnect cable/dsl router 11g

Hi,

I have a USR5417 in my computer (no laptop). Im trying to get it to
connect with my router (crwe554g72t) not really sure how to do it but
ill figure out but when I try to enable radio it gives me this error:
"Tge radui ib your 802.11 network adapter is still disabled. Use the
hardware radio control switch to enable it."

Im on a regular computer and have no clue what to do now so any help is
appreciated.
