You could support local industry and switch to Pegasus - its inbuilt
Content Control and server-side POP3 filtering abilities are now
exceptional. It's also freeware, and has excellent newsgroup and
mailing-list support. http://www.pmail.com

Or you could try Eudora 6 beta with it's spam filters

I must say that I find this amusing. I recommend Pegasus, and two
advocates of Eudora promote it , not by replying to the OP, but by
replying to _me_ - attempting a conversion, perhaps? If so, it ain't
gonna happen. 8^)

Eh? someones asking to block email on a POP address, Euroda has the
tools - no where as good as using IHUGS Ispy though...
I doubt any client based tool will ever as be efective as filters back
at server level
