When utilizing the VFile or "bulk statistics file" associated with the
Periodic MIB Data Collection and Transfer Mechanism, the timestamp
associated with the VFile shows the time at which the VFile was
created.

Would it be possible, and if so how, to timestamp the VFile at the
time it is sent to a remote NMS via it's transfer method?

I assume that this is as simple as utilizing a Tcl timestamp function,
assuming one exists and can be utilized on Cisco routers. Thoughts?
