The last date for Exam 70-292 and 70-296 has been announced as March 31 2008.
If its not accomplished what will be the next Step? Can we proceed for
Windows server 2008? How many exams it will be?

Please advise me

thanks

70-292 is really credit for 70-290 and 70-291. Even though 292 is retiring,
290 and 291 are not. You can still take 290 and 291 to earn the same
credit.

Same story for 70-296 being credit for 70-293 and 70-294.

Upgrades have been announced to go from 2003 to 2008, although the structure
is much different from MCSA/MCSE. There will not be a MCSA or MCSE for
2008. The new structure is MCTS (technology specialist) and MCITP (IT Pro,
job function based). Check the learning website for audio from the webcast
for more information.

Eventhough I passed my MCSE 2000 , is it necessary to take 70-290 and 70-291
and
70-293 and 70-294 again to proceed further for MCT 2008?

Completing 70-290, 291, 293, and 294 will earn you MCSE 2003 if you
currently hold MCSE 2000.

There will be an upgrade path to 2008 only from 2003, not from any other
platform.
You may upgrade to 2003 and then upgrade to 2008, or you may take the 2008
requirements one by one.
