Hewlett Packard released its HP Printing Diagnostic Utility for Vista x64 on
early December (sorry for this belated posting).
"The HP Printing Diagnostic Utility is created to diagnose and fix many
common issues preventing printing from the computer.
This utility will only support USB connected printers"
