I have passed the 6 exams and it includes 70-210, 70-215, 70-216, 70-217,
70-221, 70-228 , but still not receive any MCP certification from Microsoft
yet. Or I need to pass the 70-229 exam, then I can receive the
certifications? Anyone can help me?

Microsoft does not automatically send the certifications. You need to login
to your MCP Private site ten request the Welcome Kits.
