This is a big step and you must be prepared. As I do not know your age, experience, or level of intelligence, I cannot just suggest to you what is best. I can, however, point you in a direction that you might find a bit simpler than just jumping into the MCSE head first. So do a little research first. I'll help a little, just to get you pointed in the right direction, but you need to find the path that you will travel. First, look at the requirements for MCSE... http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcse/windows2003/ Then, look at the requirements for MCSA... http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mc...s2003/mcsa.asp You will notice that there are many similarities between the two. That's because many of the exams can work for *both* Certifications. (I'll let you figure out which). Anyways, what you may think about doing is fulfilling your MCSA Cert first (as it is a step toward your MCSE) then go for the MCSE. Here is another option if you are familiar with Windows XP: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcdst/default.asp Do yourself (and the rest of the IT Industry) a favor by staying away from the br@indump sites. They'll just take your money and leave you feeling like you've just been a$$raped. Good Luck Freddo -- Bigus Dickus Bigus Dickus |

Hi All,
"Freddo" is a young fellow still at school with a pretty good understanding of networking. He is a personal friend of mine and has asked me to give him a hand towards MCSE. The first thing I did was to put him on to this NewsGroup because when I was going for the MCSE (NT), I found this NG indispensable. I received a tremendous amount of help from it. There is still a lot of good stuff here, but in some ways it has deteriorated towards the gutter. In his first post, out of three responses, only one was helpful. The other two unfortunately, was from 'Consultant' and some other fool from New Delhi. -- Regards, Slarty Bartfast "Help Needed plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" <Help Needed > wrote in message news:61F9A56A-6FBC-4ECB-8B2C-... > Hey > Wats up man. > Dont get so xcited about th certification > u can one in jus 2 hours. > isnt this bad > i hv goin thru dis reality. Echoed forth from the dank caverns of microsoft.public.cert.exam.mcse,
