drop off when using streaming audio with linksys router
Using a linksys wireless router befw11s4 I upgraded firmware from
1.45.7 to 1.52.02 due to occasional internet drop off. After this streaming audio would never ever work and would cause router to hang up. I had to power cycle router to get control back. After many configurations attempts to no avail I found that if I downgrade the firmware to 1.50.10 ....ureka... the streaming audio then works again. So far it has only dropped off once since downgrading firmware. I informed linksys of this issue. Ron Ron |
