CALLCENTER / HELPDESK / SUPPORT CENTER TECHNICAL ANALYST NEEDED WITH HEAT -
2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE - 3-4 MONTHS/ MIAMI
The client is using a product called HEAT. It is a call center software that
ties in with their phone system. When a someone calls, it recognizes the
callers number and pulls up the caller's information on the customer service
rep's computer screen. That way they have instant information about who is
calling and some past history on issues they've handled when they called in.
Occasionally, the call from the caller results in the customer service rep
realizing that there is a problem with one of the Oracle apps, i.e. the
caller has tried to do something that oracle won't let them do, etc.
When that happens, the customer service rep logs a request to the internal
technical team to take a look at the issue and try to fix it. The system the
IT team uses is called JIRA (jeera) and it logs the issue and it then routes
to one of the internal resources to start working on the resolution. JIRA
also allows them to track progress and, ultimately, forward it to others who
then make the change / patch to their production system. Then, it logs it
out as complete, etc.
So, what we need is a technical analyst who has experience in interfacing
HEAT with some other system. Preferably, it would be with JIRA. If not, they
must at least know HEAT very well.
So, someone who knows HEAT technically (not just a customer service rep who
uses it). Also, they'd probably have other tech skills i.e. JAVA, Cold
Fusion, etc.
If you feel qualified and think Miami might be a nice place to spend the
next 3-4 months, answer the five questions below. Email answers WITH a
resume that reflects the needed skills to (E-Mail Removed).
