hi,

I need to monitor the Port Up/down status on cisco 2950 thro' SNMP. can
u tell me from which MIB file i can get this info.

You can monitor ifOperStatus (1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2. which is from the
RFC1213 mib.

Or you can monitor locIfLineProt (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.2.1.1.2) from
OLD-CISCO-INTERFACES-MIB
