Thank all that tried to help me with my downloading problem. I checked and
the PC was plugged in, it was turned on, Agent was open, and so was Help.
But . . . the window in Help had been pushed all the way to the left
covering the help I needed. Oh well . . . I opened a trial copy I had on
another computer and saw how it should be. Aaaargh!

Drag the window open more (sideways)
or search for "agent.hlp" it's in the Agent directory (double click on
it)
