exception unknown software exception error - Excel.exe
We have a client receiving the following error message:
Clipboard SItem collected.: EXCEL.EXE - Application Error The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x300a7d36 He receives this message when he creates a MS Excel 2003 spreadsheet saved as type MS Office Excel Workbook (*.xls). Then he opens the file and starts making changes using MS Excel 2000 - why !! I do not know ?? mfinamore |
