Wi-Fi Card SpeedTouch120g
The Wi-Fi will only connect if the user has administrator privileges. power users can not establish a Wi-Fi link. The monitoring software supplied with the Wi-Fi card does not have a profile selected (normally it is set to DEFAULT) the profile window is just blank and there are no profiles in the drop-down box. The security is set to off, not WPA-PSK as it should be set to. If the SAME user logs in with administrator privileges the network works perfectly. Does anyone have any idea why I can establish a link if the user has administrator privileges but not normal privileges. Is there some setting I can change? Thanks nospam |

See if you can locate where the monitoring software is storing its
data. It is likely that the file, folder, or registry permissions require more than 'user' privileges. Surely the maker of the card has other complaints about this. pubdejausenet@singcerely.com |
