There's no certification that I know of.

I recommend the excellent O'Reilly book "DNS and Bind". The book is
currently in its 5th edition, so you know that is has to be good. One caveat
though, it's not Microsoft centric. Although this may be just what you're
looking for.

I can also highly recommend the "Windows 2000 DNS White Paper" (DNSWP.EXE).
Its getting old, but its still quite relevant. It, along with several other
White Papers, can be found at. . .
