Wireless Network Wizard and scripting updates to wireless network.

First question - Is it possible to create a script to automatically update
the passcode of a wireless network. My employees' laptops are almost always
on their base stations hard wired so I have access most of the time to run
scripts remotely or at logon. I would like to be able to change the
passcode on the system monthly and not have to go to each laptop every time
I change it so I thought scripting the updated passcode would be an easy way
to keep them up to date.

Secondly, I have a separate SSID for guests. I have setup a USB stick for
the guests to plug in and run the WNSW. This USB stick is with the Sales
staff so they can just give it to the guests to run and GET IT BACK!!!!

I intend to change the passcode for the guest network whenever I hear that a
guest has come and gone or at least once a month as well. Since I am going
to change the password often, but the USB stick is going to be with Sales I
thought I could just create a batch file that would update the wsettings.wfc
file and wsettings.txt file on the USB. Are the only things I have to
change in the files the following lines?

wsettings.wfc
<networkKey xml:space="preserve">1111111111</networkKey>

wsettings.txt
Network Key (WEP/WPA Key): 1111111111

The USB stick issue is IMHO easy to solve.
Put the files on your network share and update it as often as you like.
Tell the sales to wipe all files from their USB drive and copy from your
share every time they need to give it to a guest.
You can even make a simple batch file for them.
Even more, you can make this batch to keep a log, so you will know who and when made copies.

The 1st question is not simple. You may want
some kind of digital certificates, smartcards etc for every user, and
the keys management stuff (a Radius server, ...)
Check on Technet for the Microsoft way to do this, or Google for everything else.
