Hello

I am trying to recall the address of a certain web site: the site maintains
reviews of (open source?) projects (mostly reusable components/libraries).
The site has warnings about the projects; here are few I can remember:
* only 2 developers
* few source code comments
* not active since [date]
The site notes strong sides and weak sides of the reviewed projects.

Does anyone know the addres of the site? I can't recall it.

PS I posted to this newsgroup because there were many java projects on the
site and because I didn't a newsgroup more suitable for this post.

Perhaps the "ohloh" name was not "memorizable" enough for me.
