All the browsers cache images for faster retrieval for the next time. Browser Firefox also cache the images but it also cache the the binary code of the image, and when the image is replaced by another image of the same title, the Firefox browser automatically refreshes the image and show the new image. Get latest version of firefox from here. http://www.globeinpicture.com/Cache/CacheImages.htm
