New FR Circuit Wont Stat Up

We just added a new FR circuit to our network. No alarms on smart jack or
Adtran CSU/DSU. However, I can't get the circuit up. When I reload the
router, I get connectivity for about 30 seconds after the reload, then S1
goes to up/down. DTE LMI is also down. I replaced the v.35 cable going
from the router to the CSU, but still no luck.

Have tried setting lmi-type to both Cisco and auto. It autodetects cisco.

I can try to do a debug, but not sure what to look for. Any suggestions
appreciated.

Are you sure that the carrier has activated at their end ?

try "debug frame-relay lmi" to see if you get any output

Turns out ISP had set the protocol to "disabled." I guess that's the "turn
up" part of "test and turn up."

If the circuit is now up, it might be a good idea for you to capture
some of the debug outputs spo you know what they looks like when
circuit is operating properly
