How can I limit connections on a port so if a hub is connected it will
only allow one computer to connect? I am trying to render hubs useless.

Thanks

Try this:

spanning-tree portfast bpdufilter default

interface FastEthernet0/1
description Jack BB10 No connection
switchport mode access
switchport port-security
switchport port-security maximum 2
switchport port-security violation shutdown
spanning-tree portfast
