Searching for a Firefox extension involving quotation marks

I use FF 1.5 and I'm looking for an extension that will allow me to insert
or remove quotation marks on highlighted text (in the address bar, google
toolbar, text spaces on forums, etc).

For example:
Hello, thanks for your help.
<highlight sentence, right click, add quotes> =
"Hello, thanks for you help."
