The best way to test what is going on on your network is to type

#debug all

---------- yes

you have to type out "yes"

Then "Enter" X 2

you can also, try adding the broadcast command after your IP. Also, ensure your PT-PT subnet is in OSPF or have a static route.

The 3845 is sending but not receiving. A confirmation of the far-end configuration should be compared.

Can you confirm with show atm vc if your circuit is up? I see you have Dynamic bandwidth on the main interface, but the sub-interface I can't see allowing that to be dynamic.

How much BW is your ISP giving you?

protocol ip x.x.x.x broadcast
cbr 1000
oam-pvc manage
encapsulation aal5snap
