how to trace SCTP packets when using Skype or Ekiga phones?

My system is Linux Ubuntu, and it support SCTP, now I need to get some SCTP packets during VoIP communications, but I can just get TCP and UDP packets. How to get SCTP packets and is there any VoIP applications based on SCTP? Thanks
