Hi,
I have to save an image file (for example picture.bmp) in flash
memory, perform image processing (eg. blur, smooth, etc.) and display
all on VGA monitor.
I am currently using Spartan 3A kit and ISE 9.1

I need some help - guides, tutorials, notes, comments, examples...
Somewhere to start from.
