Which service does Windows Activation depend on?

I installed Windows, disabled all of the pointless services that wouldn't
benefit me.

But now I can't activate Windows. I did it before when I left all of the
services on, however.

Does anyone know which service(s) governs Activation?

Do system restore..

Then go back and carefully disable services..
