VONAGE Newbie w/newbie question

Well, I've done some searching to see if this has been asked before and
surely it has though I can't seem to find the answer or it has scrolled
off into the bit bucket. Strangely I didn't see it in the VONAGE FAQ
either.

We are a new VONAGE subscriber and *really like* the service. However,
their caller-id presentation, although correct, is always an 11-digit
number beginning with "1". Since we use a voice callerID unit this extra
digit throws off the voice cadencing, thus speaking the number (example)
"151-278-3557-7" instead of "512-783-5577" - as you can imagine, this
is really a mind-twister when you're trying to listen and figure out just
who in the world is calling.

Is there any way to have VONAGE turn off that damned leading digit "1" ???

Thanks!
