How can MCSE help me in my Technical support carreer?
I am presently working as a Technical Support Associate for HP DeskJet
Printers in India. I have MS in Bionformatics with 3+ years experience in customer care and technical support. I would like to know how MCSE 2000/2003 can help thousands of associates like me in future. I want to gather solid Windows O/S knowledge to move in captive support centres. =?Utf-8?B?c291bWF2YQ==?= |

It will look really good on your wall beside the MS that isn't doing oyu any
