email and scatter diagram

how do you save the email adresses, and also do anyone know how to do a
scatter diagram, which consist of an L shape chart, with the X axis and Y
axis. I need help with drawing this to turn in a home work assignment, and I
also need to add in equal pay for male and females according to the years.
