I get this error on this key. Any idea what might be causing it?
(A name contained an invalid character. )

I have no idea what an "xml key" is, but that isn't an XML file no
matter what its author claims. Look at the end where it says

> "GEMS_Ultrasound_MovieGroup_001" (7FE1,1001) [SQ] <Proprietary data
> element> = <Start sequence, 6374320 bytes>


Angle brackets may not appear in data unless escaped, and spaces may not
appear in element names, so no matter what this was intended to be it's
flat-out WRONG.
