What an intelligent and rational way to calm a population, carry out a rescue
operation and keep a lid on the mounting death toll...

300 "battle-tested" National Guardsmen were being sent to the crippled city -
"They have M-16s and are locked and loaded. These troops know how to shoot
and kill and I expect they will," Louisiana's governor Kathleen Blanco said.

I agree, who needs terrorists when we have americans. They definately need
to go in there and clean out the bad ones.
