I find Webshots to be quite usable, and they provide a free program that
makes uploading pictures quite simple.
Best yet, one can actually download the photos from the site to their
own computer instead of ONLY being able to view the photos online.

I was not able to find what limit there is on downloading full resolution
photos with the free edition?
