attempt to access controls(fileupload,...) in designed page(.aspx) from class file

hai friends

I have designed a page in .net with controls like textboxes, dropdownbox,listbox,fileupload.
I want to access these controls from class file(class1.cs) not in (.aspx.cs)
may i able to do this. if any one know the answer reply me soon.
